Un ancien bureau de 75m² s’est transformé en un loft aux espaces ouverts où vit un jeune architecte et sa famille. Un choix radical a été effectué, celui d’avoir des pièces communicantes entre elles. L’élimination des espaces de distribution, couloirs et halls, a permis d’optimiser une surface relativement petite de 75m² pour une famille de 4 personnes.
A small loft in Roma
An old office of 75m² has been turned into a loft with open spaces inhabited by a young architect and his family. A radical choice was carried out, to connect all rooms between them. The removal of distribution spaces,corridors and halls, has optimized a relatively small area of 75m ² for a family of 4.
