Sur un archipel suédois idyllique , un groupe de maisons en bande à la décoration design a été dessiné par l'architecte Thomas Sandell. Avec un plafond à 5,7 m , une terrasse et une vue imprenable sur l'eau, cette maison en duplex façon loft possède également un mouillage privé pour un bateau. A l'intérieur on retrouve une cheminée design française Focus en métal du réputé Dominique Imbert.
Même si elle n'a pas de jardin, mais une belle terrasse en bois donnant sur le fjord, cette maison en duplex n'en possède pas moins beaucoup de points positifs, avec sa vue magnifique sur l'eau, sa décoration design, ses hautes fenêtres lui procurant une luminosité importante, et l'atmosphère sereine qu'on y ressent.
Le paysage typiquement scandinave, très sauvage est en contraste avec ce groupe de maisons en duplex, aux lignes géométriques, mais la couleur des façades en bois qui se grise s'intègre pourtant parfaitement à ce dernier. On se sent au bout du monde, mais totalement rassuré par le confort des lieux, et on ne souhaite qu'une chose, allumer un bon feu dans la cheminée design et regarder dehors ce magnifique environnement tout en restant au chaud.
