Les petites surfaces du jour : esprit cocon dans un studio

C'est dans un immeuble du début du 20ème siècle qui a conservé ses prestations d'origine que ce trouve ce grand studio de 41m². C'est un cocon douillet où nous admirons le sol aux graphiques carreaux de ciment dans la cuisine et l'entrée, au parquet décapé dans le salon, les moulures et les meubles de cuisine restaurés et conservés, et comble du confort pour une surface restreinte : une cheminée en état de fonctionnement!

It is in a  early 20th century building that has retained its original features that is located  this 41m² large studio. It's a cozy cocoon where we can admire the  graphics cement tiles ground in the kitchen and entryway, the stripped wooden floor in the living room, moldings and kitchen furniture restored and preserved, and the ultimate comfort for a small area : a good working fireplace!
