C'est la hauteur sous plafond de 5 mètres qui a permis d'installer une chambre et un bureau dans cet appartement qui fait au total 70m², très séduisant avec sa décoration de style industrielle mais pas trop. J'ai un coup de coeur je l'avoue pour l'escalier patiné au doux ton vert de gris.

This is the ceiling height of 5 meters which allowed install a bedroom and an office in this apartment with a 70m² of total area, very seductive with its  industrial style design but not much. My favorite element I admit is the stairs weathered in grey green soft tone.
