En 2004, Johanson Linnman Architekter a transformé l'ancienne usine en appartements dont les balcons donnent sur le lac. Avec une hauteur de 5 mètres sous plafond, l'espace a permis d'installer deux chambres et une mezzanine et de double la surface habitable du lieu. Along the lake Mälaren, close to the banks, this duplex apartment opts gray, earthy color and ethnic chic in a factory built in 1940 and designed by the pair of architects Sven Backström and Leif Reinius for Ericsson. In 2004, Johanson Linnman Architekter transformed the former factory into apartments with balconies overlooking the lake.
