Il y a quatre ans Elena est tombée sous le charme de cet appartement du centre de Madrid qui n'avait fait l'objet d'aucune rénovation depuis 50 ans. Dans un état lamentable, il était également extrêmement sombre. Aidée de deux architectes, sa propriétaire a entrepris des travaux de grande envergure,  en changeant totalement l'état d'esprit de cet espace.

A refurbishment in Madrid
Four years ago Elena felt under the charm of this apartment in the center of Madrid, which has been not  renovated for 50 years. In disrepair, it was also very dark. Helped by two architects, the owner has undertaken extensive work and completely changing the spirit of the space.
