The softness of concrete
On the Gotland island, at the southeast of Stockholm a former brewery dating from 1862 has been transformed into pure industrial style house. The building was designed in concrete, steel and recycled wood. Normally, the concrete is associated with 70s buildings and suburban housing. Here there is not the case, concrete is full of softness, her gray patina fits perfectly with the family life of the owners, who are looking above all, harmony and balance of countryside environments.
