Fullviktig, the ephemeral collection Ikea in October 2016
If you thought that Ikea get over with the ephemeral collections, think again. It's on October 21th that the Swedish giant launches Fullviktig, resulting from its collaboration with Doi Tung Development Project, to promote the financial independence of artisans living in northern Thailand. This collection includes textiles and dishes in the tradition of the tea ceremony and stationery, in gray and nude pink tones.
"Doi Tung Project Develpment has made our life so much better before the project began, life was more difficult. The roads were very bad, some even sold their daughters for money.".
It's a beautiful collection but also ethical.
