C'est dans le quartier du Marais, à Paris, que l'architecte d'intérieur Maureen Karsenty s'est occupé de la rénovation d'un appartement de 42m² avant travaux, et de 45m² maintenant, auquel elle a donné une allure de mini loft au style industriel grâce à l'utilisation d'une verrière d'atelier, et la mise en avant des caractéristiques originales de cet espace. Ce chantier a été réalisé en trois mois, ce qui compte tenu de la somme de travail à abattre prouve le grand professionnalisme de cette architecte. Photos : Paul Bowyer

A mini loft in the Marais
It's in the Marais district in Paris that the interior designer Maureen Karsenty took care of the renovation of an apartment of 42m ² before work, and of 45m ² now, to which she gave a mini loft look to the industrial style thanks to the use of a workshop window,  and the highlighting of the original characteristics of this space. This work was carried out in three months, which, considering the amount of work to be done, proves the great professionalism of this architect.
