Un mini loft dans le Marais
C'est dans le quartier du Marais, à Paris, que l'architecte d'intérieur Maureen Karsenty s'est occupé de la rénovation d'un appartement de 42m² avant travaux, et de 45m² maintenant, auquel elle a donné une allure de mini loft au style industriel grâce à l'utilisation d'une verrière d'atelier, et la mise en avant des caractéristiques originales de cet espace. Ce chantier a été réalisé en trois mois, ce qui compte tenu de la somme de travail à abattre prouve le grand professionnalisme de cette architecte. Photos : Paul Bowyer
