Requiem pour piano...une expo à découvrir à Bordeaux
C'est à Bordeaux que j'ai découvert l'autre soir, l'exposition organisée par Artphotolimited, une entreprise qui édite des photos en tirage limité, créée par deux jeunes entrepreneurs qui ont quitté le salariat, pour donner du sens à leur vie, en travaillant dans le difficile domaine de l'art. Requiem pour piano, est un travail du photographe et pianiste montpelliérain Romain Thiery, qui est fasciné depuis toujours par la photographie d'architecture. Il a depuis plusieurs années sillonné l'Europe de part en part pour photographier des lieux abandonnés, souvent fort beaux, où se trouvent des pianos tombés dans l'oubli. Chaque photo dégage une atmosphère particulière, très fascinante. Symboles du temps qui passe, qui n'épargne pas les choses les plus solides, ces clichés expriment la beauté que l'on peut trouver dans les endroits en décrépitude, et nous renvoient au temps qui s'écoule inexorablement.
