Alventosa Morell Arquitectes a créé une maison bioclimatique en Espagne, une résidence secondaire située dans une petite ville. La pierre et la brique dominent afin de garantir une intégration du bâtiment dans son paysage. Des volets en bois protègent les pièces du rayonnement solaire. Les solutions d’aménagement intérieur profitent avec élégance  des conditions offertes par l’idée architecturale, en créant des ambiances ventilées par des brises naturelles, protégées par la chaleur du soleil ou rafraîchies grâce au filtre des volets, la pergola et la glycine qui y pousse. Bioclimatic house in Spain
Alventosa Morell Arquitectes has created a bioclimatic house in Spain, a second home located in a small town. Stone and brick dominate to ensure that the building is integrated into its landscape. Wooden shutters protect the rooms from the sun’s rays. The interior design solutions elegantly take advantage of the conditions offered by the architectural idea, creating environments that are ventilated by natural breezes, protected by the heat of the sun or cooled by the filter of the shutters, the pergola and the wisteria that grows there. Focus’s Slimfocus design fireplace, suitable for low energy buildings, is an ideal heating method for the cooler days spent in the house. Photo: Eugeni Pons
