This 45m2 apartment with three bedrooms is totally design and flexible.
In Hong Kong, this 45 m² apartment has adapted to family life thanks to its clever design, made of podiums and partitions that can close or open the spaces as you wish. It has no less than three bedrooms, which is a huge achievement, and it was Patrick Lam from Sim-Plex design studio who did this amazing feat, while also creating many storage spaces in this small space.
