Cette mini maison en bois de 53m2 était autrefois un garage

Le designer Hartman Kable, cherchait une maison plus grande que la sienne à Seattle, pour installer une personne âgée de sa famille avec lui, mais n’arrivait pas à la trouver à un prix abordable dans son quartier. Il s’est alors adressé à Best Practice Architecture qui a alors transformé l’ancien garage situé à l’arrière, et qui servait de débarras en une petite maison contemporaine en bois de 53m². This tiny wooden house of 53m ² was once a garage.
The designer, Hartman Kable, was looking for a house larger than his own in Seattle, to accommodate an elderly family member with him, but could not find it at an affordable price in his neighborhood. He contacted Best Practice Architecture, who then transformed the old garage in the back, which served as a storage room, into a tiny contemporary wooden house of 53m².
