Renovation of a house in London, a stone's throw from the Thames
Renovated by Groves Natcheva Architects, this London house with a roof terrace divides its volumes around two inner courtyards that provide views of greenery as we are in the heart of the city, in a discreet street in the Battersea district, near the Thames. "The house is imagined as an oasis in the middle of the city, where all the spaces are simple," the architects explain. The Crittall windows and doors, the modern and sober decoration make this place a contemporary and family home, which, although not huge, is perfectly thought out.
