This former pharmaceutical research institute has been converted into accommodation in one of the Swedish capital’s most attractive areas, and has retained its beautiful original windows. The 4.30 metre high ceilings have allowed the installation of a mezzanine high enough to accommodate the bedroom comfortably. The focal point of the flat is undoubtedly the kitchen, which is set at an atypical height, inspired by famous libraries such as the Royal Library in Stockholm, and reminiscent of the former university character of the place.
