Located in a former Swedish turbine factory dating from the beginning of the 20th century, it has been renovated in a contemporary spirit, where the green notes play with the black and steel of the industrial spirit. And although it has only one window on the front, it is large enough to illuminate all the rooms thanks to a layout that features open spaces and skylights.

Green, without being omnipresent, is a common element in all the rooms, and is combined with black, a mix that is always successful. On the first level, the large central living area includes the living room, a beautiful kitchen and a small room that is both a guest bedroom and an office, separated from the main space by a glass partition. On the mezzanine, the dark wall highlights the white Atollo lamp and its pure lines. Everything in this mini duplex loft seems to have been carefully thought out to give a perfect place for a single person or a couple. Perhaps a staircase with more comfortable steps could have been chosen, but once you get used to it, this detail becomes almost insignificant for this perfect urban flat.
