Les fondatrices du studio de design intérieur Martino Oliva, Ana Martín Peláez et María Teresa Fernández Oliva, ont revu entièrement sa distribution au moment de sa rénovation. Les tons et les matériaux naturels alliés aux espaces ouverts sont la signature de cet appartement au style désormais contemporain, destiné à être une résidence secondaire familiale.
L'utilisation d'un microciment pour le sol, et d'éléments maçonnés pour certains espaces, comme pour l'îlot de la cuisine ou le meuble vasque de la salle de bain, lui confèrent un aspect brut, un côté artisanal et décontracté idéal pour ce lieu où on se réunit pour les vacances. Les couleurs allant du gris au sable, en passant par les bruns, le rotin, le bois et les textiles, la terre cuite lui donnent donnent à cet appartement très actuel au design naturel et zen, une atmosphère reposante, parfaite pour s'isoler de la vie parfois trépidante de cette île des Baléares. The founders of the Martino Oliva interior design studio, Ana Martín Peláez and María Teresa Fernández Oliva, have completely redesigned the layout of the apartment during its renovation. Natural tones and materials combined with open spaces are the signature of this flat, which has a contemporary style and was designed to be a family holiday home.
The use of microcement for the floor, and masonry elements for certain spaces, such as the kitchen island and the bathroom vanity, give it a raw, homemade, casual feel that is ideal for a place where people gather for holidays. The colours, ranging from grey to sand, browns, rattan, wood and textiles, terracotta, give this very modern flat with its natural and Zen design a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for isolating yourself from the sometimes hectic life of this Balearic island.
