Verrière contemporaine dans une maison en pierres à Cadix
La verrière contemporaine qui domine le salon de cette maison en pierres de 80m2 rénovée à Cadix abrite une chambre accessible par un escalier en acier. Decero Interiorismo, qui a pris en charge la rénovation de cette maison ancienne, a souhaité injecter dans ce projet, la modernité et le confort contemporain sans perdre de vue les racines du lieu. Un mortier de chaux a été utilisé pour les murs, les poutres ont été soigneusement restaurées et traitées avec une finition naturelle.
On lui a apporté des éléments de récupération dans l'esprit du bâtiment d'origine, comme dans une des chambres, où un mur de briques vieux de 200 ans a été recyclé en provenance d'une ferme sévillane. Le salon, salle à manger et la cuisine dominés par la verrière contemporaine de la chambre, ne forment qu'un seul espace ouvert comme on les aime aujourd'hui. Elles ont conservé leur caractère rustique malgré leur mobilier design, dans un irréprochable mélange d'époques. Dans toute la maison, le parquet n'est pas celui d'origine, mais un élément neuf soigneusement choisi pour son aspect traditionnel qui s'accorde parfaitement avec l'esprit du lieu. Cette maison représente typiquement le style d'habitat que nous aimons actuellement : un mélange entre authenticité des vieilles pierres et confort contemporain.
The contemporary glass wall that dominates the living room of this 80m2 stone house renovated in Cadiz houses a bedroom accessible by a steel staircase. Decero Interiorismo, who took charge of the renovation of this old house, wanted to inject modernity and contemporary comfort into this project without losing sight of the roots of the place. Lime mortar was used for the walls, the beams were carefully restored and treated with a natural finish.
It has been given elements of recovery in the spirit of the original building, as in one of the rooms, where a 200 year old brick wall has been recycled from a Sevillian farm. The living room, dining room and kitchen, dominated by the contemporary glass wall of the bedroom, form a single open space as we like them today. They have retained their rustic character despite their designer furniture, in an impeccable blend of eras. Throughout the house, the parquet flooring is not the original one, but a new element carefully chosen for its traditional aspect which perfectly matches the spirit of the place. This house is a typical example of the style of living we like today: a mixture of authenticity of old stones and contemporary comfort.
