Les Suédois nous ont habitué depuis longtemps aux petits appartements bien conçus et avec une réelle personnalité. C'est encore le cas ici, avec un appartement design de trois-pièces en duplex d'une superficie totale de 64m2 à la décoration sur une base de gris béton pour les murs, et de bois. La hauteur de 4,40m sous plafond ne permet pas d'avoir une hauteur "normale" pour la mezzanine mais est suffisante pour qu'un adulte moyen (moins de deux mètres, rires) s'y tienne debout sans problème.

Les imperfections du mur offrent à cet appartement design de trois-pièces, un petit côté wabi-sabi, même si tout le reste de la décoration est plutôt élégante, avec un accord entre le gris béton et le terracotta des canapés, rappelé en touches ça et là. L'espace est bien exploité avec une pièce principale qui regroupe toutes les fonctions du quotidien, salon, salle à manger et cuisine, et un bureau séparé idéal pour ceux qui travaillent à la maison. La chambre reste intime, même si elle est ouverte, et la grande hauteur sous plafond permet une impression de volume plus importante. Et quand le soir descend, la magie de la lumière agit, donnant à cet intérieur des allures de cocon protecteur.

The Swedes have long been accustomed to well-designed small flats with real personality. This is still the case here, with a two-bedroom duplex flat with a total surface area of 64m2 decorated on a basis of concrete grey walls and wood. The height of 4.40m under the ceiling does not allow for a "normal" height for the mezzanine but is sufficient for an average adult (less than two metres tall, laughs) to stand on it without any problem.

The imperfections of the wall give this two-bedroom flat a little wabi-sabi feel, even if the entire decoration is rather elegant, with a harmony between the concrete grey and the terracotta of the sofas, recalled in touches here and there. The space is well exploited with a main room that combines all the daily functions, living room, dining room and kitchen, and a separate office ideal for those who work at home. The bedroom remains intimate, even though it is open, and the high ceiling gives a greater impression of volume. And when evening falls, the magic of light acts, giving this interior the appearance of a protective cocoon.
