Un chalet moderne en bois gris dans la neige au Chili

C’est le studio d’architecture Iragüen Viñuela Arquitectos à Santiago, dirigé par Daniel Iragüen Contreras et Claudio Viñuela Schweitzer qui a réalisé ce chalet moderne en bois gris dans la neige, près des pistes de ski de la station réputée de Corralco au Chili. Les professionnels ont utilisé les fondations d’un précédent projet de construction abandonné pour cette maison de vacances. Le client souhaitait profiter des sports d’hiver avec sa famille dans cette maison installée au bord de la rivière Cautín.

Les fondations existantes avaient été construite dans une petite clairière de la forêt, sans couper aucun arbre, juste à l’extrémité de la péninsule, ce qui lui permettait d’être entourée par la rivière, avec des vues spectaculaires vers la forêt et vers le haut de la colline. Un grand espace ouvert central constitue le cœur de la maison, et deux chambres à coucher occupent les deux extrémités de ce rez-de-chaussée, afin de profiter au maximum des vues. À l’étage de ce chalet moderne, les architectes ont installé un dortoir avec quatre lits superposés qui peuvent accueillir jusqu’à huit enfants. Modern grey wooden chalet in the snow in Chile

The Santiago-based architecture studio Iragüen Viñuela Arquitectos, headed by Daniel Iragüen Contreras and Claudio Viñuela Schweitzer, created this modern grey wooden chalet in the snow near the ski slopes of the renowned resort of Corralco in Chile. The professionals used the foundations of a previous abandoned construction project for this holiday home. The client wanted to enjoy winter sports with his family in this house on the banks of the Cautín River.

The existing foundation was built in a small clearing in the forest, without cutting down any trees, just at the end of the peninsula, allowing it to be surrounded by the river, with spectacular views towards the forest and up the hill. A large central open space forms the heart of the house, and two bedrooms occupy either end of this ground floor to make the most of the views. On the upper floor of this modern chalet, the architects have installed a dormitory with four bunk beds that can accommodate up to eight children.
