The concrete floors combined with the brick and black accents accentuate the loft atmosphere in this old building built in 1904, which retains the charm of the old while being renovated in a contemporary style. The arched windows are undoubtedly our favourite feature of this townhouse, which is decorated neutrally enough to give pride of place to the architecture of this perfectly laid-out, open-plan space.
