Sabrina Spinelli et Eduardo, son mari, habitent dans cette maison en location en Argentine. Dès leur emménagement, ils ont su qu’ils ne pourraient pas faire des travaux, puisqu’ils n’en sont pas les propriétaires. Ce qui ne les a pas empêchés de vouloir lui donner leur personnalité. La maison centenaire est pleine de beaux éléments anciens, et typique du quartier où elle se trouve.  Sabrina qui aime la décoration intérieure a essayé de donner à chaque espace une touche unique, avec du mobilier et des objets restaurés ou fabriqués par elle-même.

La maison en location était toute blanche à l’intérieur avec un sol rouge, et Sabrina a réussi à lui apporter beaucoup de chaleur en utilisant le bois et des éléments d’artisanat, qu’elle commercialise depuis dans sa boutique en ligne Casa Pastel. Elle a ajouté de nombreuses plantes pour la touche verte et naturelle, et a aménagé la cour avec sa galerie caractéristique de l’architecture de la ville, en un second salon salle à manger, où la famille passe le plus clair de son temps lorsqu’il fait beau. Rental house in Argentina transformed by interior design

Sabrina Spinelli and her husband Eduardo live in this rented house in Argentina. As soon as they moved in, they knew that they would not be able to do any work on it, as they are not the owners. But that didn’t stop them from wanting to give it their personality. The century-old house is full of beautiful old features, and typical of the area where it is located. Sabrina, who loves interior design, tried to give each space a unique touch, with furniture and objects restored or made by herself.

The rented house was all white inside with a red floor, and Sabrina managed to bring a lot of warmth to it by using wood and handicrafts, which she now sells in her online shop Casa Pastel. She added many plants for a green and natural touch, and turned the courtyard with its characteristic gallery of the city’s architecture into a second living-dining room, where the family spends most of their time when the weather is nice.
