Cet ancien bureau de 90m2 a été transformé en appartement
L'architecte d'intérieur Víctor Zorita du studio d'architecture intérieure et de rénovation Backsteen a transformé un ancien bureau de 90m2 en un appartement à la décoration contemporaine pour un couple. L'idée était de concevoir un lieu aux espaces ouverts, moderne et lumineux, idéal pour recevoir famille et amis. Le plateau presque nu a en premier organisé pour convenir aux habitudes de vie des propriétaires. D'un côté on trouve la partie réception, de l'autre côté les espaces plus intimes.
Les faux plafonds ont été enlevés pour gagner de la hauteur, les murs ont été peints en blanc et le sol d'origine a été remplacé par un parquet en bois foncé et du carrelage dans les pièces humides (cuisine et salle de bain). Le gris anthracite est le fil rouge de la décoration, ponctué par les couleurs vives, bleu et jaune qui donnent beaucoup de gaité au design intérieur de cet appartement dans un ancien bureau. Interior designer Víctor Zorita of the interior design and renovation studio Backsteen transformed a former 90m2 office into a contemporary flat for a couple. The idea was to design a space with open spaces, modern and bright, ideal for entertaining family and friends. The almost bare floor was first organised to suit the owners' lifestyle. On one side is the reception area, on the other side the more intimate spaces.
The false ceilings were removed to gain height, the walls were painted white and the original floor was replaced by a dark wood parquet and tiles in the wet rooms (kitchen and bathroom). The anthracite grey is the red thread of the decoration, punctuated by bright colours, blue and yellow, which give a lot of cheerfulness to the interior design of this flat in a former office.
