Mais ici, ce joli appartement de 27m2 possède une cuisine séparée assez grande pour pouvoir y prendre ses repas, ce qui est une option agréable. Bien entendu, le salon est plus petit avec ce choix (quoique l'on pourrait parfaitement envisager d'ouvrir le mur entre le salon et la cuisine). Et on aurait pu choisir de placer dans la cuisine la chambre, pour créer un véritable deux-pièces, ce qui est aussi plus confortable que d'avoir son lit dans la pièce principale. Toutefois, ce n'est pas ce qui a été choisi ici, et malgré tout, cela reste un appartement petit et bien aménagé.
Les couleurs sont choisies dans une palette qui décline les beiges et le blanc, une sélection qui donne une atmosphère sereine à tout l'ensemble qui semble plutôt confortable. La cuisine séparée est décorée dans les mêmes tons, avec du mobilier dont les façades sont d'un ton café au lait, un choix assez original tout en restant neutre. L'appartement dans sa totalité donne une impression de calme et d'équilibre, et il est en plus très lumineux.
