Un espace lavage (il vous faudra prévoir l'arrivée d'eau et les évacuations), un espace cuisson avec un barbecue ou une plancha, des rangements en métal inoxydable, parfait pour supporter les aléas climatiques, un îlot qui sert de bar, et une jolie décoration chic et contemporaine, avec des touches de bois et de matières naturelles. On trouve également une partie terrasse carrelée pour installer une salle à manger d'extérieur, et petit détail sympathique, une fenêtre sur le mur pignon pour rompre la monotonie d'un mur fermé.
