Une maison particulière faite d'un mélange audacieux en Argentine

C’est l’architecte d’intérieur Gaby Orlando qui a conçu cette maison particulière, une maison de style ancien qui est également une maison container, un mélange audacieux qui fait le lien entre esprit du passé et architecture contemporaine. On pourrait croire qu’il s’agit ici d’une maison qui a été construite il y a longtemps, mais il s’agit d’une bâtisse récente. Les propriétaires souhaitaient quelque chose qui leur fasse penser à un château du moyen-âge. Les murs de pierres et la hauteur sous plafond de sept mètres participent sans aucun doute à cette impression lorsque l’on passe la porte d’entrée en bois, très imposante.

La décoration de cette maison particulière a un aspect à la fois industriel et somptueux, avec ses matières nobles choisies pour les textiles et le mobilier. L’énorme cheminée en fer, les verrières, donnent à l’endroit une atmosphère théâtrale. Au-dessus du premier niveau, côté salon, un nouvel étage a été ajouté pour les chambres (qui sont également des chambres d’hôtes), et ce sont des containers qui ont été installés dans une démarche à la fois de recyclage et d’architecture contemporaine. Unique house made of a daring mix in Argentina

Interior designer Gaby Orlando designed this unique house, an old-style house that is also a container house, a daring mix that links the spirit of the past with contemporary architecture. You might think that this is a house that was built a long time ago, but it is a recent building. The owners wanted something that reminded them of a medieval castle. The stone walls and the seven-metre high ceilings undoubtedly contribute to this impression when you walk through the imposing wooden entrance door.

The decoration of this unique house has both an industrial and a sumptuous look, with noble materials chosen for the textiles and furniture. The huge iron fireplace and the glass windows give the place a theatrical atmosphere. Above the first level, on the lounge side, a new floor has been added for the bedrooms (which are also guest rooms), and containers have been installed in an approach that is both recycling and contemporary architecture.
