La propriétaire de cet appartement en Espagne est d'origine andalouse et souhaitait que sa décoration reflète cet aspect de sa personnalité. C'est l'architecte d'intérieur Bárbara Serra, de Bäse Interiorismo, qui a été chargée de la rénovation de son appartement à Barcelone, et qui en a fait l'endroit chaleureux dont elle rêvait, n'hésitant pas à utiliser la couleur et le papier-peint pour donner une réelle personnalité à ce lieu.
L'appartement devait être avant-tout facile à vivre et moderne, ce qui n'excluait pas de lui offrir des aménagements et une décoration vraiment uniques. Il recèle de nombreux rangements comme la bibliothèque réalisée sur mesure, parfaits pour que l'on puisse garder une ambiance relaxante pour un appartement familiale, car souvent l'ordre et la netteté d'un intérieur permettent de conserver un esprit plus zen. Les tons de terre et les matériaux naturels et chaleureux sont omniprésents, et le papier-peint utilisé à bon escient (comme le modèle Jungle de Photowall dans la chambre d'enfant) offrent un cadre chaleureux et reposant à toute la famille amoureuse du sud de l' Espagne. The owner of this flat in Spain is of Andalusian origin and wanted her decoration to reflect this aspect of her personality. Interior designer Bárbara Serra of Bäse Interiorismo was commissioned to renovate her flat in Barcelona and turn it into the warm place she dreamed of, using colour and wallpaper to give it a real personality.
Above all, the flat had to be easy to live in and modern, but this did not exclude the possibility of giving it a truly unique layout and decoration. The apartment has plenty of storage space, such as the custom-made bookcase, which is perfect for keeping a relaxing atmosphere in a family flat, as order and cleanliness in an interior often help to keep a more zen spirit. Earth tones and natural, warm materials are used throughout, and wallpaper is used to good effect (such as Photowall's Jungle in the children's room) to provide a warm, relaxing setting for a family in love with southern Spain.
