Une finca authentique rénovée par Blakstad au nord d'Ibiza

Blakstad s’est spécialisé dans la construction de maisons sur l’île d’Ibiza, mais également dans leur rénovation. C’est une finca authentique rénovée par cette entreprise que nous découvrons ici. Elle a gagné en luminosité et en modernité, mais n’a rien perdu de son charme initial. Située à dix minutes d’une plage, elle offre toutefois une piscine agréable, et un très beau toit terrasse qui offre des vues au loin sur le paysage verdoyant montagneux et jusqu’à la mer.

Si les lignes géométriques de cette maison blanche sont tout à fait typiques de ce que peut réaliser Blakstad, y compris lors d’une profonde rénovation, on trouve à l’intérieur tout ce qui fait le charme d’une finca authentique rénovée : sol en terre cuite ancienne ou en galets, vieilles poutres patinées, murs épais et blanchis à la chaux. La décoration simple est celle d’une maison de vacances raffinée mais facile à vivre. Et si le confort est là, c’est surtout à l’extérieur que l’on passe sa vie, sur le toit terrasse pour admirer de fabuleux couchers de soleil, ou autour de la piscine aux eaux scintillantes.

Blakstad specialises in building houses on the island of Ibiza, but also in renovating them. Here we discover an authentic finca renovated by this company. It has become brighter and more modern, but has lost none of its original charm. Located ten minutes from a beach, it offers a pleasant swimming pool, and a beautiful roof terrace with views of the green mountainous landscape in the distance and out to sea.

While the geometric lines of this white house are typical of what Blakstad can achieve, even with a thorough renovation, the interior has all the charm of a renovated authentic finca: old terracotta or pebble floors, old patinated beams, thick whitewashed walls. The simple decoration is that of a refined but easy-going holiday home. And if the comfort is there, it is especially outside that one spends one’s life, on the roof terrace to admire fabulous sunsets, or around the swimming pool with its sparkling waters.
