Cette mini maison contemporaine en béton à Arouca au Portugal fait partie du Paradinha Village, un ensemble de 11 cabanes contemporaines, dont certaines en duplex qui sont totalement intégrées dans la nature. Chacune d’entre elle bénéficie de la vue sur la rivière Paiva. Conçues par l’ architecte portugais Samuel Gonçalves de Summary Architects, un spécialiste de la maison préfabriquée, elles sont une autre façon de concevoir l’hôtellerie de façon plus indépendante, pour Syntony Hotels.

La construction préfabriquée a été rendue nécessaire par la configuration du terrain et de son implantation en pleine nature. Ces mini maisons sont destinées à être habitées à l’année, en complément d’un hôtel plus classique, une véritable volonté des créateurs pour garantir une occupation même en saison creuse. Ainsi la région vit plus largement et économiquement de cette installation tourisme plus logements. Ce projet est intéressant sur plus d’un point, premièrement pour l’architecture des maisons, un mélange bois et béton réussi, renouvelant l’esprit cabane avec réussite, ainsi que pour la décoration intérieure contemporaine, et l’aménagement optimisé. Contemporary concrete and wood tiny house in Portugal

This contemporary concrete tiny house in Arouca, Portugal, is part of Paradinha Village, a collection of 11 contemporary cabins, some of which are duplexes, that are totally integrated into nature. Each of them has a view of the Paiva River. Designed by Portuguese architect Samuel Gonçalves of Summary Architects, a specialist in prefabricated houses, they are another way of thinking about hospitality in a more independent way, for Syntony Hotels.

The prefabricated construction was made necessary by the configuration of the land and its location in the middle of nature. These tiny houses are intended to be lived in all year round, as a complement to a more traditional hotel, a real desire of the creators to guarantee occupation even in the off season. This way, the region will benefit from this tourism and accommodation facility. This project is interesting on more than one point, firstly for the architecture of the houses, a successful mix of wood and concrete, renewing the hut spirit with success, as well as for the contemporary interior decoration, and the optimised layout.
