Un appartement parti de zéro avec une décoration chaleureuse
Lorsque les propriétaires de cet appartement du quartier de La Moraleja à Madrid ont acheté cet appartement neuf, ils ont demandé à la décoratrice Asun Antó de Coton et Bois de s'occuper de sa décoration. De cet appartement parti de zéro, totalement vide, elle a su faire un endroit chaleureux pour une famille. Elle s'est occupé non seulement de regarder le plan pour prévoir comment l'organiser au mieux, mais également du choix de la décoration entière, des couleurs jusqu'à la moindre lampe.
Le fait de pouvoir travailler sur cet appartement parti de zéro a permis de résoudre les problèmes en amont, comme avec le salon étroit et long, où l'installation d'un meuble bas qui intègre une cheminée décorative à l'éthanol a permis de casser l'impression de couloir. Les papiers-peints, l'utilisation du bois et des couleurs rappelant la nature, celle des arbres que l'on peut apercevoir à travers la baie vitrée qui donne sur la terrasse, ont fait le reste. De cet appartement neuf se dégage une impression de confort et de douceur qui est loin des boîtes froides que l'on peut rencontrer parfois dans les immeubles modernes. When the owners of this flat in Madrid's La Moraleja district bought this new flat, they asked the decorator Asun Antó of Coton et Bois to take care of its decoration. From this totally empty flat, she was able to make a warm place for a family. Not only did she look at the floor plan to see how best to organise it, but she also took care of the entire decoration, from the colours to the smallest lamp.
The fact that she was able to work on this flat from scratch allowed her to solve problems in advance, such as with the long, narrow living room, where the installation of a base unit that incorporates an ethanol fireplace broke up the impression of a hallway. The wallpapers, the use of wood and colours reminiscent of nature, such as the trees that can be seen through the bay window onto the terrace, did the rest.
