We cannot speak of a classic flat here, even though it is located in a building constructed at the beginning of the 19th century, in 1818 in Sweden. We are in front of an open space, except for the bedroom area which is delimited by a glass partition but which remains visually part of the main room. It is therefore a small old loft that we discover in these images, a place with a vintage elegance, where a Togo sofa mingles with white painted beams and classic columns.
The large room is home to the living room, the bedroom area with its glass roof, an office and also a kitchen with an light beige colour that blends in with the walls, beautiful and discreet. There is even a walk-in closet hidden behind a curtain. The whole is well furnished and decorated but without excess, because the presence of the original elements alone makes the place beautiful. The building is located in a lively area of Gothenburg, has a beautiful street frontage and has been carefully preserved.
