Une décoration inspirée par Ibiza pour une maison sur la Costa Brava

Les propriétaires de cette maison ont demandé à Ana Hernández, fondatrice de Her Arquitectura, de s’occuper de l’aménagement et de la décoration de leur maison située sur la Costa Brava en Espagne avec des souhaits précis : intégrer leurs nombreux livres, et apporter une décoration inspirée par Ibiza, alors qu’ils se trouvent dans l’arrière-pays de la péninsule ibérique. L’architecte qui est basée à Ibiza était donc la personne idéale pour réaliser leur projet, et créer un intérieur conforme à leurs désirs.

La maison est particulière, puisqu’elle ne possède ni chauffage, ni climatisation à part la cheminée qui sert de structure au bâtiment. Ana a collaboré avec une architecte de la région, Dolores Domingo, pour mener à bien ce chantier, basé loin de son île. Les volumes de la maison sont totalement ouverts, une volonté des propriétaires pour se voir continuellement, alors qu’elle est fermée de l’extérieur, pour éviter les regards indiscrets du voisinage. Les tons naturels ont été privilégiés avec des sols en terre cuite, du bois et de l’acier Corten, pour une décoration inspirée par Ibiza mais totalement en phase avec l’environnement de la bâtisse. Ibiza-inspired decoration for a house on the Costa Brava

The owners of this house asked Ana Hernández, founder of Her Arquitectura, to take care of the design and decoration of their house located on the Costa Brava in Spain with specific wishes: to integrate their many books, and to provide a decoration inspired by Ibiza, although they are in the hinterland of the Iberian Peninsula. The architect, who is from Ibiza, was therefore the ideal person to carry out their project, and create an interior in accordance with their wishes.

The house is unusual in that it has no heating or air conditioning apart from the fireplace that serves as the structure of the building. Ana collaborated with a local architect, Dolores Domingo, to carry out this project, based far from her island. The volumes of the house are totally open, a desire of the owners to see each other continuously, while it is closed from the outside, to avoid the indiscreet looks of the neighbourhood. Natural tones were favoured with terracotta floors, wood and Corten steel, for a decoration inspired by Ibiza but totally in phase with the environment of the building. Photo: Jorge Peiro
