Photo : Javier Picerno
This 69m2 flat has been decorated in a contemporary way with a large living room for entertaining with a discreet built-in kitchen whose colour blends in with the walls. The whole flat is bathed in soft tones, between grey, sand and ecru. It is designed by designer Paula Timpani the creator of Casa María Paula, a place to leave one's worries outside and find serenity once the door is open.
It's also a place to see friends, with a large living room for entertaining, as its surface area for a one-bedroom is quite large. The 20m2 terrace can also be used when it's a bit chilly, as there is an outdoor fireplace to warm up the first autumn evenings for a Scandinavian-style Hygge lifestyle even though we are in Argentina. The whole flat is very coherent, with a common thread of neutral and soft colours, which can be found room after room. Photo : Javier Picerno
