Le rez-de-chaussée de cette maison près de Paris, dans la banlieue ouest résidentielle, nécessitait une rénovation qui a été confiée à Charlotte Gille, créatrice du studio de design intérieur Happy Pog. La rénovation totale d'un salon et d'une cuisine, mais également d'une entrée, des toilettes, et de la salle à manger pour une surface totale de 65m2 est un lourd projet et faire appel à des professionnels aguerris est gage de réussite.
Le budget alloué pour ces travaux était de 1400 € environ du mètre carré à la fin 2020, ce qui est un tarif raisonnable pour ce type de prestation. Le but était précis : apporter de la personnalité, de la chaleur, une décoration intemporelle à l’esprit maison de famille avec des matériaux bruts qui se patinent. La maison devait être accueillante dès la porte d'entrée passée, et la décoratrice d'intérieure a joué pour cela avec les matériaux naturels, le laiton, et les couleurs comme le vert, ainsi qu'avec un papier-peint à la forte personnalité. The ground floor of this house near Paris, in the residential western suburbs, needed renovation and this was entrusted to Charlotte Gille, creator of the interior design studio Happy Pog. The total renovation of a living room and kitchen, but also an entrance hall, toilets, and dining room for a total surface of 65m2 is a heavy project and calling on seasoned professionals is a guarantee of success.
The budget allocated for this work was around €1,400 per square metre at the end of 2020, which is a reasonable price for this type of service. The aim was precise: to bring personality, warmth and a timeless decoration to the family home with raw materials that have a patina. The house had to be welcoming from the moment you walked through the front door, and the interior designer played with natural materials, brass, and colours such as green, as well as with a wallpaper with a strong personality.
