Cette maison container avec piscine a été construite sur un terrain escarpé par le studio Rama Architects et est entourée par les arbres. Container House est dans le bush australien, et bien que le terrain constructible présente une grande pente, sa conception a su tiré partie de cette particularité. L’utilisation de containers maritimes alliés au bois, a produit une maison spectaculaire et belle, faite de matériaux bruts juxtaposés. La piscine est un havre de paix entourée d’arbres, et constitue un point focal de cette maison.

La conception a tenu compte des exigences locales en ce qui concerne les risques d’incendie, et la protection des arbres indigènes. Cette maison container avec piscine est une véritable maison familiale. Son aménagement et sa décoration sont minimalistes et sans doute ne correspondront pas aux critères de tous, mais hors de ce minimalisme, on peut admirer la façon dont les containers ont été réutilisés avec talent, et parfaitement intégrés à ce paysage luxuriant et sauvage, non loin de Sydney. Container house with pool on a steep terrain

This container house with pool was built on a steep site by Rama Architects and is surrounded by trees. Container House is in the Australian bush, and although the building site has a steep slope, the design has taken advantage of this. The use of shipping containers in combination with timber has produced a dramatic and beautiful house made of raw materials juxtaposed. The swimming pool is a haven of peace surrounded by trees and is a focal point of the house.

The design has taken into account local requirements regarding fire risk and the protection of native trees. This container house with swimming pool is a true family home. The layout and decoration are minimalist and may not meet everyone’s standards, but beyond this minimalism is the way the containers have been skilfully reused and integrated into the lush, wild landscape not far from Sydney.
