23m2 tiny house with a blue interior and a white façade

This 23m2 tiny house is built in spruce and its decoration is based on blue. Cygnus (that's its name), offers a well-organised interior where nothing is missing, with a fairly large kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and on the mezzanine, a low bedroom area, but whose openness on the lower level allows you to feel not too oppressed. Its contemporary layout seems to make it ideal for a couple looking for accommodation for short stays by towing it like a caravan, since it is placed on an axle, or to settle on a piece of land more permanently, if one manages to obtain the necessary authorisations (which varies according to the country and even the region).

This 23m2 (9.2m x 2.5m) tiny house, which comes to 29m2 useful with the mezzanine, is for sale through Aliexpress (by clicking on this link) for the "modest" sum of about 61,000 €, plus the transport costs from Turkey. Shall I advise you to buy it? No. I have no idea how reliable these offers are, it's a pretty penny, and I wouldn't want to encourage you to take any kind of financial risk. But I do think it's pretty and interesting enough to inspire your own project, by going to a French builder like Baluchon for example to make it.
