Photo : Pol Viladoms
In the Raval district of Barcelona, designer, interior architect and photographer Nacho Carretero Molero has renovated and moved into this 40m2 flat with a colourful and wise design. He has transformed this place, located in a former textile factory built in 1833, into a warm and modern flat. He has kept the old bricks which form a perfect backdrop for the new contemporary decoration. The space is optimised, and the area never feels small. The colourfully designed 40m2 flat also has a lovely furnished terrace, which is a definite plus when you live in such a sunny region.
The former Riereta 35 factory, where this one-bedroom apartment is located, has been completely renovated and divided into 50 flats, lofts and duplexes. The whole is fresh and contemporary, both colourful and neutral, and gives an impression of great comfort. It is a perfect example of the work of this multi-talented designer, which I invite you to discover on his website, by clicking on this link. Photo: Pol Viladoms
