C'est l'architecte réputée Camille Hermand qui a été chargée de la rénovation de cette maison familiale près de Paris. Elle a décidé de faire réaliser une véranda noire en acier, à la place d'un vilain vitrage en plastique qui existait dans la bâtisse initiale. Le salon a été installé dans cet espace.  et cette pièce est lumineuse malgré ses murs noirs. C' est le point fort de cette maison de 130m2 totalement rénovée, où la charpente et les fondations ont été refaites dans les règles de l'art. Cette maison avait été laissée totalement à l'abandon, un joyau à révéler, et un beau projet pour l'agence de cette architecte.

Autrefois louée, elle nécessitait une refonte totale pour en faire le joli refuge dont la famille des propriétaires était tombé amoureuse grâce à son jardin luxuriant et sa proximité avec la capitale. Tous les espaces ont été parfaitement exploités,comme le sous-sol autrefois négligé avec un accès direct sur le jardin, et  la nouvelle décoration est fraîche et réussie. Black veranda for a renovated house near Paris

Renowned architect Camille Hermand was commissioned to renovate this family home near Paris. She decided to have a black steel veranda built instead of the ugly plastic glazing that existed in the original building. The living room has been installed in this space, and this room is bright despite its black walls. This is the strong point of this 130m2 house which has been completely renovated, where the framework and the foundations have been redone according to the rules of the art. This house had been totally abandoned, a jewel to be revealed, and a great project for this architect's agency.

Formerly rented, it needed a complete overhaul to turn it into the lovely refuge that the owners' family had fallen in love with thanks to its lush garden and proximity to the capital. All the spaces have been perfectly exploited, such as the once neglected basement with direct access to the garden, and the new decor is fresh and successful.
