Un appartement rénové de 47m2 en Italie et sa cuisine cachée

Avec sa cuisine cachée qui peut se découvrir quand on le souhaite, cet appartement rénové de 47m2 en Italie est devenu contemporain, après les travaux pris en charge par le studio d’architecture Massimo Zanelli. Les professionnels ont conservé les beaux éléments anciens comme les poutres, et ont réalisé un nouveau plan, limité pour l’ouverture à la présence d’un mur porteur très épais d’environ 60 cm, traversant le volume et qui représentait une contrainte essentielle dans les choix de conception.

La solution du bloc central a donc été retenue, qui regroupe à la fois la cuisine et les espaces de passage entre le salon et la chambre. Les poutres en bois de la toiture ont été conservées et restaurées, se mariant à une décoration contemporaine et chaleureuse, et créant un dialogue réussi entre les différentes époques, dans cet appartement rénové de 47m2 qui ne manque pas de personnalité. Renovated 47m2 flat in Italy with a hidden kitchen

With a hidden kitchen that can be uncovered at any time, this renovated 47m2 flat in Italy has become contemporary after the work was undertaken by the Massimo Zanelli architectural studio. The professionals kept the beautiful old elements such as the beams, and created a new plan, limited for the opening to the presence of a very thick load-bearing wall of about 60 cm, crossing the volume and which represented an essential constraint in the design choices.

The solution of a central block was therefore chosen, which groups together both the kitchen and the passage spaces between the living room and the bedroom. The wooden beams of the roof have been preserved and restored, combining with a contemporary and warm decor, and creating a successful dialogue between the different periods in this renovated 47m2 flat which does not lack personality.
