La mini maison capsule de 20m2 MM01 du designer Christian Tonko a été construite en Autriche, et est une maison pour de courts séjours confortables dans la nature pour deux personnes. Elle est divisée en quatre zones, une chambre, un salon/bureau, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Elle possède également une galerie couverte, protégée par une sorte de pergola en acier, à la couleur grise assortie à la façade en métal.

Elle tire son nom de Malcolm McLean, l’inventeur du container maritime sur lesquelles les dimensions et la structure de cette mini maison capsule de 20m2, sont basées. La mini maison  peut être transportées par sur un camion standard et livrée par la route, et c’est une construction qui peut être retirée de son terrain sans problème et être transporté ailleurs, afin de rendre à la nature, le site où on l’a installée. Le bois omniprésent à l’intérieur, réchauffe l’aspect brut de l’acier qui compose la façade, la structure et la pergola.

The 20m2 mini house capsule MM01 by designer Christian Tonko was built in Austria, and is a house for comfortable short stays in nature for two people. It is divided into four areas, a bedroom, a living room/office, a kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a covered gallery, protected by a kind of steel pergola, in a grey colour that matches the metal façade.

It is named after Malcolm McLean, the inventor of the sea container, on which the dimensions and structure of this 20m2 mini house capsule are based. The mini house can be transported on a standard truck and delivered by road, and it is a construction that can be removed from its site without any problem and transported elsewhere, in order to return the site where it was installed to nature. The omnipresent wood in the interior warms up the rough aspect of the steel that composes the façade, the structure and the pergola.
