Une maison minimaliste à Copenhague dans un ancien presbytère

Habiter dans un bâtiment qui a eu une vie religieuse n’est pas toujours simple. Mais un presbytère doublé d’une salle paroissiale est sans doute plus apte à séduire une personne qui recherche une maison, qu’une église ou un temple, car moins chargé de symboles et d’émotions. Cette maison minimaliste à Copenhague a été rénovée et transformée en un lieu contemporain et aéré de style loft. Si cette belle maison a conservé sa façade en briques datant de son année de construction en 1903, l’intérieur n’a plus rien à voir, bien entendu avec la vie passée du bâtiment.

C’est un architecte qui l’a transformée en ce loft contemporain, avec un plafond culminant à cinq mètres dans le salon avec un espace mezzanine qui était autrefois utilisé pour le théâtre et le chant. L’ensemble de la décoration est neutre, basée sur le blanc, excepté dans la cuisine design qui adopte le noir et le vert et qui vient donner de la personnalité à la pièce de vie, qui n’en manque déjà pas avec ses grandes fenêtres en arche aux dimensions anciennes.

This minimalist house in Copenhagen has been renovated and transformed into a contemporary and airy loft-style space. While this beautiful house has retained its brick facade from the year it was built in 1903, the interior of course has nothing to do with the building’s past life.

It was an architect who transformed it into this contemporary loft, with a five-metre high ceiling in the living room and a mezzanine area that was once used for theatre and singing. The overall decor is neutral, based on white, except in the designer kitchen, which adopts black and green to give personality to the living area, which is already full of personality with its large, arched, old-fashioned windows.
