Un duplex atypique de 117m2 créé par la récupération des combles

Dans un immeuble construit en 1910, ce duplex a été créé en récupérant le niveau supérieur et une partie des escaliers communs menant aux combles de l'immeuble où il se trouve. La porte d'entrée a été déplacée pour inclure cet escalier d'immeuble à l'appartement, et créer un duplex atypique de 117m2, original à bien des égards. Les 54m2 d'origine ont été doublés, et l'ancien deux-pièces a laissé place à un logement familial avec des chambres à l'étage, et aux jolis volumes mansardés.

Ces chambres se caractérisent également par la présence de fenêtres de toit particulières, qui se transforment en petit balcon lorsqu'on les ouvre. La décoration de tous les espaces est scandinave, ce qui semble classique pour un appartement situé en Suède, mais on y trouve une inspiration campagne française avec l'utilisation de la toile de Jouy dans la chambre principale. Avec toutes ses particularités, cet appartement de centre-ville ressemble presque à une jolie maison n'est-ce pas?

In a building constructed in 1910, this duplex was created by reclaiming the upper level and part of the common staircase leading to the attic of the building where it is located. The front door was moved to include this building staircase in the flat, and create an atypical duplex of 117m2, original in many ways. The original 54m2 has been doubled and the former one-bedroom has been transformed into a family home with bedrooms on the first floor and lovely attic space.

These bedrooms are also characterised by the presence of special roof windows, which turn into a small balcony when opened. The decor in all areas is Scandinavian, which seems classic for a flat in Sweden, but there is some French country inspiration with the use of toile de Jouy in the main bedroom. With all these features, this city centre flat almost looks like a nice house, doesn't it?
