Cet appartement de 80m2 à Barcelone possède un plan optimisé qui ne laisse aucun espace perdu et une belle décoration contemporaine. C'est le décorateur Van Castro, de Vive Studio, qui a été chargé de sa rénovation, par son propriétaire, qui désirait exploiter le moindre mètre carré disponible de son logement. Pour réaliser ce projet, tout a commencé par la démolition, il n'est plus rien resté de l'ancien appartement, et l'architecte a pu ensuite reconstruire dans cette coquille vide.

Mobilier sur mesure, espaces ouverts, voici ce qui a permis de l'optimiser et de lui offrir une nouvelle vie, adaptée à son propriétaire et sa façon de vivre. La réduction du nombre de cloisons et la suppression des portes ont permis de gagner de l'espace utilisable. Les couleurs de la décoration sont choisies dans une palette neutre et claire, la lumière circule largement, et cet appartement de 80m2 à Barcelone est désormais celui d'un propriétaire comblé. 80m2 flat in Barcelona with no wasted space

This 80m2 flat in Barcelona has an optimised floor plan that leaves no wasted space and a beautiful contemporary decor. The decorator Van Castro, from Vivestudio, was commissioned to carry out the renovation by the owner, who wanted to make the most of every available square metre of his home. The project began with the demolition of the old flat, leaving nothing left, and the architect was able to rebuild in this empty shell.

Tailor-made furniture and open spaces were used to optimise the apartment and give it a new life, adapted to its owner and his way of life. The reduction in the number of partitions and the elimination of doors have made it possible to gain usable space.
