Cette maison de village abandonnée en Espagne a été rénovée dans un style contemporain et possède un patio avec une piscine. Les professionnels de l’entreprise BICUBIC ont pris en charge cette lourde rénovation (voir la photo de la maison AVANT en bas de l’article), et ont su créer des espaces modernes, sans ôter le charme des volumes existants.

D’une surface totale de 270m2, son fort potentiel malgré son état, était un motif suffisant pour se lancer dans la rénovation de cette maison de village abandonnée. La décoration est fraiche et naturelle et sied parfaitement à l’esprit de cette maison de village qui a trouvé ici, une atmosphère rurale mais moderne. Elle se trouve dans la région de Valence, et si la mer est toute proche, la piscine du patio permet de ne pas avoir à se rendre sur les plages parfois envahies de monde en plein été. Abandoned village house renovated in contemporary style

This abandoned village house in Spain has been renovated in a contemporary style and has a patio with a pool. The professionals from BICUBIC took charge of this extensive renovation (see the photo of the house BEFORE at the bottom of the article), and were able to create modern spaces without taking away the charm of the existing volumes.

With a total surface area of 270m2, its high potential despite its condition was sufficient reason to undertake the renovation of this abandoned village house. The decor is fresh and natural and fits perfectly with the spirit of this village house which has found a rural but modern atmosphere here. It is located in the Valencia region, and although the sea is close by, the pool on the patio means that you don’t have to go to the sometimes crowded beaches in the middle of summer.
