Une maison au cœur de Barcelone et sa petite piscine intime
Cette maison au cœur de Barcelone ne payait pas de mine lorsque ses propriétaires l'ont découverte dans un état d'abandon total. Dans le jardin, on trouvait même des poules. Ils ont fait appel à l'architecte d'intérieur Marta Prats pour rénover cette maison sur deux étages, idéalement située près de tout, et pourtant au calme avec son jardin intime qui accueille désormais une petite piscine. Il s'agit d'un bâtiment classé qui fait partie du centre historique de ce quartier de la belle ville espagnole.
Construite sur deux étages cette maison de ville est désormais modernisée, avec des espaces ouverts, et de belles terrasses couvertes. Sous le soleil méditerranéen, on vit beaucoup à l'extérieur, et son aménagement permet de profiter au maximum de la météo clémente. A l'intérieur, le gris et le bois sont relevés par des touches de jaune rappelant le soleil. Cerise sur le gâteau, une annexe, une ancienne buanderie a été transformée en studio séparé. This house in the heart of Barcelona did not look like much when its owners discovered it in a state of total abandonment. In the garden there were even chickens. They called on interior designer Marta Prats to renovate this two-storey house, ideally located near everything, yet quiet with its intimate garden that now houses a small swimming pool. It is a listed building that forms part of the historic centre of this part of the beautiful Spanish city.
Built on two floors, this townhouse has been modernised, with open spaces and beautiful covered terraces. In the Mediterranean sun, there is a lot of outdoor living, and the layout makes the most of the mild weather. Inside, grey and wood are enhanced by touches of yellow reminiscent of the sun.
