Une nouvelle conception pensée au millimètre par les architectes de Studio Carta, a permis de donner à cet appartement de 60m2 rénové à Milan, une allure très contemporaine. On y remarque en particulier la bibliothèque construite sur mesure dans le salon, qui le sépare de la cuisine sans toutefois totalement fermer cette dernière. Le plan a été totalement revu par les architectes, attribuant les zones les plus éclairées aux pièces de vie, et les plus sombres pour les zones de service.
Cet appartement de 60m2 rénové est un trois-pièces réalisé pour un jeune célibataire. On y trouve donc outre le salon et la cuisine, une chambre, et une pièce qui sert de bureau. La circulation entre les différentes zones a été fluidifiée par le nouveau plan, et la décoration actuelle joue sur les tons neutres dynamisés par de la couleur. Le rose en particulier joue sa partition joyeuse, associé à un gris plus consensuel. La rénovation a été totale, depuis la démolition nécessaire des cloisons pour redéfinir le plan avec de nouvelles zones, jusqu'au changement des revêtements muraux et des sols qui sont désormais en chêne. A new design by the architects of Studio Carta has given this renovated 60m2 flat in Milan a very contemporary look. Particularly noteworthy is the custom-built bookcase in the living room, which separates it from the kitchen without completely closing it off. The floor plan has been completely revised by the architects, allocating the brightest areas to the living rooms and the darkest to the service areas.
This 60m2 flat is a two bedroom apartment designed for a young bachelor. In addition to the living room and kitchen, there is a bedroom and a room that serves as an office. The circulation between the different areas has been made more fluid by the new plan, and the current decor plays on neutral tones energised by colour. Pink in particular plays its joyful part, associated with a more consensual grey. The renovation was total, from the necessary demolition of the partitions to redefine the layout with new areas, to the change of the wall coverings and floors, which are now in oak.
