Un penthouse à New York, c’est quelque chose qui fait rêver la plupart d’entre nous, et lorsque cet espace aux volumes incroyables se complète d’une terrasse de 160m² aménagée comme un jardin luxuriant, nous restons sans voix. Nous voici dans cet endroit exceptionnel, à la décoration certes peut-être un peu trop classique pour la plupart d’entre nous, mais dont nous nous contenterions pour peu qu’on nous en fasse cadeau (étant donné le prix de vente, on ne voit pas comment faire autrement pour l’obtenir).

A penthouse in New York, this is something that thrills most of us, and when this space with its incredible volumes,  is completed by a terrace of 160m ² furnished as a lush garden,  we remain speechless. We are here in this exceptional place, decorated  maybe a little too classic for most of us, but we would be satisfied if  the seller give it to us  (due to  the selling price, I don’t see how to do something else to have it).

Une rénovation de loft à New-York

Kane, qui a déménagé de Londres à New York  en 2009, s’est engagée dans une  lourde rénovation quand elle a trouvé cet espace à New York. Après des mois de travaux, elle a fait d’un triste appartement aux pièces étroites, un loft moderne et plein de charme.

L’appartement d’une artiste danoise

Hanne vit avec son mari et ses enfants  dans un appartement en face du port de Copenhague dans ce qui était autrefois une usine. Ici, elle a trouvé le terrain de jeu parfait pour ses créations,  hauts  plafonds, espace et lumière. Ses œuvres étonnantes en crochet habitent la maison familiale, se mêlant aux meubles danois classiques, aux tapis orientaux, et au design italien moderne.

Hanne lives with her husband and children in an apartment across from the Copenhagen harbor in what was formerly a factory. Here she found the perfect playground for her designs, high ceilings, space and light. Her amazing  wool works live on the family house, mixing with the classics Danish furniture, with oriental rugs, and modern Italian design.

Situé au cœur du quartier de Chelsea, à New York, ce penthouse en duplex est composé d’un large espace de réception, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la ville. L’immeuble a été dessiné par le cabinet d’architecture  Della Valle Bernheimer.

Un loft au Brésil

A Sao Paulo, le propriétaire de ce loft de 85m²  a chargé un architecte de s’occuper de la rénovation de l’espace. Les murs de briques ont été peints en gris et les meubles de récup ont envahi l’appartement. Cet endroit très personnalisé est plein de détails inhabituels et est devenu un lieu où le propriétaire aime réunir ses amis pour faire la fête.

In Sao Paulo, the owner of this loft of 85m ² has appointed an architect to look after the renovation of the space. The brick walls were painted in gray and the recovery furniture invaded the apartment. This very personalized place is full with unusual details and  became  a place where the owner loves gather his friends to party.
