L’homme d’affaire français qui a décidé d’investir dans ce somptueux appartement du sud de Rio, adore le bleu et la vue sur la mer.  C’est l’architecte Alexandre Gédéon qui s’est chargé de la rénovation de cet espace de 330m² avec son associé Hugo Schwartz.

Une maison sur un golf à Palm Springs

Dans cette maison des années 60, les propriétaires ont privilégié le blanc et le mobilier sixties. S’ouvrant largement sur un golf avec les montagnes en paysage, elle est la parfaite maison pour les escapades loin de la ville en fin de semaine et pour les vacances.

Avec sa famille, elle habite dans cet appartement de 83m² et avec bientôt 3 enfants, il faut exploiter la surface au mieux.
