Les propriétaires de cet appartement de 200 m²csitué dans le quartier Alto de Pinheiros de São Paulo, voulaient un aménagement intérieur suffisamment spacieux pour les accueillir, eux et leur fille, respectant leur mode de vie minimaliste. L’architecte Diego Revollo a su se mettre à leur écoute pour choisir un design simple, adapté à l’ambiance résidentielle de leur quartier, à la verdure environnante, et à la lumière naturelle abondante. Au Brésil, dans cet appartement de 50 m², les architectes de Suite Arquitetos ont choisi d’ouvrir les volumes au maximum, excepté pour la chambre, et de peindre les murs dans des tons sombres qui contrastent avec la lumière provenant des baies vitrées. Un salon optimisé dans un petit appartement

Un jeune couple souhaitait pouvoir accueillir confortablement ses  amis dans le salon aux dimensions réduites de leur appartement brésilien. Les designers d’intérieur de JMA Estudio ont déplacé la salle  à manger, et abattu un mur pour créer un espace unique  où la brique et les couleurs vives reflètent la personnalité des propriétaires.

La rénovation d’un appartement brésilien des années 50

Lorsque son nouveau propriétaire a hérité de cet appartement situé à São Paulo dans une résidence construite dans les années 50, et légué par sa grand-mère, il en a confié la rénovation au studio brésilien Cupertino Arquitetura qui l’a ouvert sur les extérieurs, jusque là abandonnés, en créant un jardin luxuriant. La décoration est typique des goûts de ce pays, avec l’utilisation de bois sombres, et celle du jaune, deux éléments que l’on retrouve régulièrement dans le design brésilien. Photo : Maíra Acayaba

When his new owner inherited this apartment located in São Paulo in a residence built in the 1950s, and donated by his grandmother, he entrusted the renovation to the Brazilian studio Cupertino Arquitetura, which opened it onto the previously abandoned exteriors, creating a luxuriant garden. Lorsque les nouveaux propriétaires de cet appartement de 63m² tout neuf, situé l’est de São Paulo ont reçu les clefs, ils n’étaient pas satisfaits de son allure générale, trop neutre. C’est pourquoi ils ont confié à Bianchi e Lima Arquitectura, le soin de le transformer en un lieu plus conforme à leurs attentes, avec un design loft et des éléments de type industriel, comme la porte coulissante en acier et verre armé.
