Une double visite

C’est dans le même ensemble immobilier que je vous propose de visiter deux appartements, le premier est un duplex de 134m² et le second un “petit” deux pièces de 100m² (rien que ça). Entièrement remis à neuf, ils attendent un peu de vie, et si on nous en confie les clefs, on peut s’en charger!

It is in the same building complex that I suggest you the visit of two apartments, one is a²34m² duplex apartment and the second a “small” 100m² one bedroom flat (just that). Fully refurbished, they expect a bit of life, and if you entrust us the keys, yes, we can!

Un deux pièces en duplex au coeur de la ville

Pierres et poutres en Suède

Ce n’est pas une maison, c’est un appartement sur plusieurs niveaux au caractère bien particulier que nous trouvons là, un agrandissement vers le bas a permis de révéler des murs en pierre du soubassement, ainsi que des poutres. Et même si le salon est sans fenêtres, l’endroit est tout à fait séduisant.

It’s not a house, it’s an apartment on several levels with a very special character that we find there, an extension down revealed stone walls of the basement and beams. And even if the living room is without windows, the place is quite attractive.

Ultra design attitude

C’est bien vide et bien blanc allez vous me dire. Certes. Mais en même temps il donne envie cet espace dépouillé de toutes les choses inutiles qui encombrent nos intérieurs et nos vies, souvenirs que nous trainons malgré nous parce que nous nous attachons trop aux choses sans âme…alors pourquoi pas? Il y a l’essentiel (des livres), et si je rajoute quelques belles toiles colorées sur les murs, je m’installe là…

Ultra design behavior
It is so empty and white you’ll tell me. Indeed. But at the same time it gives you desire this stripped space of all the unnecessary things that clutter our homes and our lives, memories we hang out despite us because we focus too much on things without soul … so why not? There are the essentials (books), and if I add some nice colorful paintings on the walls, I move there …

Un duplex à Malmö

C’est encore une fois grâce à la récupération de l’espace sous les toits de cet immeuble ancien, que cet appartement s’est transformé en duplex aux larges espaces, bénéficiant du caractère des poutres apparentes conservées. Il y règne une atmosphère calme et sereine, où la luminosité augmente encore l’impression d’espace dans ces 155m².
